Le bilan de compétences débute par une réelle analyse de votre personnalité et de vos motivations, notamment grâce à différents outils tels que l’Ennéagramme (Certifiée par le CEE : https://cee-enneagramme.eu/ et praticienne depuis plus de 10 ans) qui facilite la connaissance de soi et invite à se poser les questions suivantes : Quelles sont mes aspirations ? Qu’est ce qui m’anime profondément ? Quelles sont mes compétences ? Quelles sont mes envies mais aussi mes craintes ?

Travailler sur ces questions permet de mieux se connaitre, et de mieux comprendre ce qui vous correspond vraiment et vous ouvrir à un « champ des possibles » beaucoup plus vaste.

Cette analyse préalable facilite l’étape suivante, obligatoire et cruciale : les enquêtes métiers. Ces enquêtes vous permettent de mieux comprendre les différentes options qui s'offrent à vous et de prendre des décisions éclairées concernant votre carrière. Aujourd'hui, je souhaite partager avec vous l'importance de cette étape et les avantages qu'elle apporte à votre parcours professionnel.

Les enquêtes métiers vous aident à vous débarrasser de ces préjugés en vous fournissant des informations concrètes et à jour sur les différentes professions. Ainsi, vous pouvez prendre des décisions fondées sur des faits plutôt que sur des suppositions et ainsi tracer une trajectoire professionnelle alignée sur vos aspirations.

Le dispositif « Entreprise accueillante » lancé par Nantes Métropole vous permet, si vous êtes dirigeant d’entreprise, de valoriser votre activité tout en accompagnant des publics éloignés de l’emploi.

Gest Conseil a rejoint en 2020 le dispositif « Entreprise accueillante », marquant ainsi son engagement à favoriser l’accès à l’emploi des publics qui en sont le plus éloigné et à promouvoir l’égalité des chances. Pour cela, Corinne Gest, consultante/formatrice RH et gérante de la structure, est active bénévolement dans différents organismes associatifs et institutionnels :

Marraine au sein de l’association « Un parrain 1 emploi », elle assure à des demandeurs d’emploi un accompagnement individuel et gratuit pouvant aller jusqu’à 6 mois. https://parrainemploi.com/

L'Association de gestion du fonds pour l'insertion professionnelle des personnes handicapées (Agefiph) met à disposition des personnes en situation de handicap un nouveau service en ligne pour effectuer leurs demandes d'aides financières. Celui-ci est, dans un 1er temps, accessible aux conseillers à l'emploi et employeurs pour certaines aides.

Il sera prochainement ouvert à tous, pour toutes les aides financières et pour l'intégralité de l'offre de services de l'Agefiph, recensée dans son "Guide simplifié de l'offre de services Agefiph Pays de la Loire".
De plus, l'acteur du handicap revalorise la plupart des aides (aides aux personnes et aux entreprises) au 1er septembre 2022 pour tenir compte de l'inflation.

Une augmentation de 5 % en moyenne est appliquée.

Les 22, 23 et 24 mars 2022, Paris Expo accueillera deux salons bien connus des DRH, des directeurs SI et de la formation : Solutions Ressources Humaines et eLearning Expo, qui fêteront leurs 28e et 22e éditions.

Elles regrouperont 280 exposants et partenaires, pour une trentaine de conférences et 75 ateliers.

L’accent sera mis sur la mutation de la fonction RH et la place de la formation, face à la digitalisation des entreprises et aux enseignements de la crise sanitaire.

Les conférences et ateliers des deux salons concernent la transformation numérique des fonctions RH et Formation : formation de demain, digital learning, soft skills, travail hybride, SIRH, gestion des talents, innovation RH, expérience collaborateur, QVT. Tous ces thèmes traités lors des deux salons sont liés au fait que les fonctions RH et formation poursuivent leur mutation (déjà entamée avant la crise sanitaire) face à la digitalisation des organisations.

Les DRH ont été très sollicités ces deux dernières années, qu’il s’agisse de la mise en place d’un télétravail à 100 %, de la gestion au quotidien du chômage partiel, ou de la gestion des risques psychosociaux de certains collaborateurs isolés. Tout l’enjeu est aujourd’hui de recréer et de fédérer le collectif ; grâce aux hommes, mais aussi aux outils.

C'est lors d'une formation intitulée "Manager une équipe à distance" organisée par le CARIFOREF Pays de la Loire que j'ai découvert cette plateforme.

Wooclap est une application en ligne qui permet de dynamiser des formations et de favoriser les apprentissages en faisant interagir les stagiaires en présentiel ou en distanciel.

Vous pouvez télécharger Wooclap depuis un ordinateur ou un smartphone, cette application, simple d'utilisation, permet aussi de mesurer le niveau de compréhension des stagiaires.

Les jeudi 20 et vendredi 21 janvier 2022, sous le haut patronage du ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de l’Insertion, le Groupe L’Etudiant (Comexposium) organise la 7^ème édition du Salon du Travail et de la Mobilité professionnelle, à la Grande Halle de La Villette à Paris.
